Is your rock reef-safe?

Yes. Every build uses inert, reef-safe rock that is safe for fish, coral, and inverts. It will not leach anything harmful into your water.

How fast do orders ship?

Ready-made pieces ship in 12 to 14 business days. Custom builds do not have a set turnaround, because it depends on the size of the piece and what is already in the queue. We give you a real timeline once the design is settled, before you commit to anything.

Do you build custom aquascapes?

Yes, and it is our favorite thing to do. Tell us your tank size, your livestock, and your vision, and we design and handcraft a one-of-one centerpiece. We have built everything from subtle reefscapes to full themed tanks.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?

Close, but not identical. Each piece is made or hand-picked to order, so expect small natural variation in color, shape, and size. That is what makes it yours.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship across the country, with tracking on every order.

What if it arrives damaged?

Email us right away with photos of the box and the piece, and we will sort it out quickly.
