Shipping & Returns
Every ChandlerRocks piece is hand-built and handled with care from the studio to your tank. How it gets to you depends on what you ordered and where you are.
Small pieces and accessories
- Frag rocks, holders, and accessories ship nationwide to your door.
- Ready-made pieces ship in 12 to 14 business days, and tracking is emailed to you when your order leaves the studio.
- Everything is wrapped and packed to travel safely.
Large custom builds
Big aquascapes are a different story. A large handcrafted scape has real height and joints, and it can be fragile in transit, so shipping it across the country is not always the best way to get it to you. Depending on where you are, we can:
- Hand-deliver your build to a nearby reef show and meet you there.
- Arrange local pickup in Pennsylvania.
- Offer on-site delivery and setup for some locations.
Custom builds do not have a fixed turnaround. It depends on the size of the piece and what is already in the queue, so we give you a real timeline once the design is settled, along with the best delivery option, before you pay.
If something arrives damaged
We pack every shipment to survive the trip, but accidents happen. If your order shows up damaged, email us right away with clear photos of the shipping box and the piece, and we will work with you on a fast resolution.
Returns
Because most pieces are handcrafted or hand-selected to order, no two are exactly alike, and small natural variation in color, shape, and size is part of the craft. If something is not right, reach out and we will make it right. Contact us to start a return or exchange.
